Does Tech Junkees ship to APO / FPO addresses?
We do ship to APO (Air/Army Post Office) boxes, FPO (Fleet Post Office) boxes. Unfortunately, we do not ship to freight forwarders at this time.

We do ship to P.O. boxes.
Does Tech Junkees ship products to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?
Many items we sell are available for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. For products that can be shipped to these locations, no additional shipping and handling fee will be incurred.
How do I send my equipment to Tech Junkees for service?
Please contact us to make arrangements before sending equipment to us. We will provide you with an order number that will need to be included with your equipment for us to be able to identify it as yours.
Can I return/exchange my purchased item?
Items purchased in new condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus the original shipping costs (unless the reason for the return is because an item was received damaged/defective). Items that are sold in used condition can only be returned for store credit within 30 days of receiving the item. If you need to return or exchange your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA and return instructions.
All product orders are shipped via USPS with delivery confirmation. We do offer specialized shipping solutions to meet your needs. If you need to arrange special shipping terms or use a different service other than USPS, please contact us prior to placing your order. All orders ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.
